The Modern Honolulu

This project is both a re-brand and a conversion from an existing iconic hotel into an urban luxe timeshare project. Originally opened as The Edition, The Modern is now positioned as THE branded residence icon of Honolulu, taking the next step in it’s evolution.

The design objective for this project is to create interior spaces which respect the existing clean-line architectural vernacular of the building and give the new guest demographic a definitive and sophisticated sense of contemporary luxe within urban Honolulu.

A elegantly neutral pallette is the background for a rich blend of textures, materials with single pop of color. Subtle extures, wood tones, stone, hand-hewn flooring and ultra-lux kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms are fused together to make an incredible modern Honolulu branded residence experience.
